You'll be pleased to know that the 400 is in fine fettle - it really is very close to MOT readiness - astonishing really (all things considered)
I need a few bits and bobs for the restoration though and, given that its flamin' freezin out there at the moment, I am researching sources of things like mudguards and exhaust.
Have any of you guys used this outfit

And if so, how did you find the experience? Decent quality et al...................?
Or, have you any other thoughts?
Thanks for the help in advance

DS is much loved and appreciated by many on this forum. Also try cmsnl.com from Holland but watch the postage costs. Then there's the dreaded e-bay which we often moan about but use quite a bit. Many use people in the US but I haven't had much success myself. And last but not least a mention on here sometimes turns up trumps.

Used DS for years. Very helpful and knowledgeable folk. Nothing bad to say about them.

I've used DS for years.
If you call them (instead of ordering on line), you'll find that they really know their stuff and can recommend parts from other models that fit...

I have used DS & CMSNL both have provided good service. ( CMSEL Vat is 19% + pp)

Could not have restored the F1 without DSS, CMS NL are also very good but expensive, for bolts I used Custom Fasteners, not cheap but great service.
