Title: Oil tank bolt dimensions

Anyone have an oil tank special bolt to give me measurement A and B in pic. Looking at threads I reckon on 12mm but could do with the exact length of the wider unthreaded section

overall length is 25mm under the head and the thread is 12.5 mm.
