Hi... Would anyone know the size of the two aluminium crush washers sealing the oil lines to the oil tank. They're not noted as a part in the parts catalogue so looking to see if I can source elsewhere.
Bike is a CB750f (1975).
Cheers

You can get a upgraded kit from Yamiya that come with alloy washers and rubber seals ;) I may have a kit in stock if you need one.

Dowty washers are aluminium crush washers with a built in O ring. You can pick them up on eBay. You buy them by ID. Just measure the bolt size.

The Yamiya upgraded type are not dowty washers :o They have a separate rubber seal ;)
I have tried dowty washers for this job and they are too thin to do the job .

Can old ones be reused

When I restored my F1 I was surprised to find one in one of the lines as it was not shown on the parts book so I put it back in when I had finished the job, that was in 2007 and I have not had a problem with it.

Same with me on 2 of the 3 750's I've built in last 6 years (that is I've re-used existing seals) - my K2 has re-used seals and OK since 2015

It depends on if, they are damaged or over tightened. I always fit new ones as, it is a mess if they start leaking ;)

£3.50 for the washers... and of course £20.00 for postage...
