Post by: cb750stu on November 27, 2012, 10:19:47 AM
Hi Folks,
Im needing a full set of 8 carb/airbox rubbers as mine are all hard and some have small splits in them,
Are the aftermarket ones on DS good or am i best to go with genuine ones ???
Theres quite a bit of a price difference !!!!

Regards

DS replicas for the 500 are  every bit as good as originals(which are not available anyway!) so i have no reason to doubt the 750 will be good

No They Won't they are too wide and distort the rubbers giving air leaks! Unless you can get clips as narrow as the originals you are stuck with the expensive Honda ones, and don't forget the screws are a seperate item!!
