Title: front brake switch cb750 1978 usa import

Bought this last year came into UK 20 years ago, now running and looking to get more before restoring over the winter, have attached some pics but cannot seem to find the right brake switch? Has this been changed or can someone send me a pic or what do I need to sort? Thanks steve
