When he replied to me he told me it is a US import and been in the UK for some time and not registered yet .

I Have contacted the seller about the bike and he mentioned it needs a little more work .
Regarding the sprocket cover it seems like it is not installed and not half of it not there . If you zoom on the pic you do not see any half cover installed from that angle.
It seems that some parts were fixed on quickly to be able to take pics.
