Definitely! , I was lucky enough to be given the bike kit a couple of years ago and the breakdown truck before that.
It might sound daft, but they are a great way to spend freezing days and nights when it too cold to go into the garage or go out for a walk .

I have about 50 part kits I got as a lot which I can Nick bits n bobs off to make up diarama’s. Like a bombed out barn with damaged tanks in and stuff being worked on. I’ve a couple in a few museums up north, or did.
Cheap finds a kid.
The bikes are a bit more to the letter, I rarely do front bodywork just the rear so you can see all the gubbins on them. Just finished and RC30, that came out nice. Bit to do onit yet but it’s she’d time and I’ve a lot to do on the fleet this winter!
I sound terribly sad but it just appeals to my constant need to fiddle with stuff.
That and it stops me going blind
