Raising a glass to our Ralph, still very much missed. I wonder what our Ralph would have made of COVID, I'm sure he would have blamed the French 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anyone own the above 🤔. UK CB750/4 K2, was Planet Blue back in the day. Someone who owned it back in the day is looking for it. Taxed and on the road still.

Just seen an old mag for sale on the Bay of Fleas with a road test of the 500/4. They were using a K0. The bike was 1st registered in UK February 1972, declared manufactured 1972 ( so it got from Japan bloody quickly). On the surface of it, it looks like a UK CB500/4 K0, which as many of us are aware was never officially sold by Honda in the UK. But, there is a bit of a giveaway as to its origin. Quite a few people have surmised that dealers were importing K0's from Europe to UK, through the back door as it where, as customers were desperate to get their hands on the 500/4 in UK but we had to wait for the K1 to be officially launched here. Anyways, what I have noticed on this particular UK registeted K0 is that it has a European Direct style idiot light surround, FLASH, OIL, NEUT, BEAM. 🤔🤔🤔Where Grahams UK 500/4 K0 has (had, 'cos I sold it 😊😊😊) the UK K1 style idiot light surround fitted (Bottom photo) with NEUTRAL not NEUT . I'm thinking this could add weight to our assumption that there were very, very limited numbers of proper K0's sent over from Japan as press bikes and the rest were indeed dealer back door imports from mainland Europe.

Just to let peeps know that the Classic Bike day is on Sunday July 5th 2020. Registration for exhibiters is open now and the form for entry is on the page (I will try and add a link but.... don't hold your breath 🙄🙄🙄) Tim, Rozerbikes, usually let's us know about the date etc but, as I have just seen it, I thought I would be helpful 😁😁😁 Download the link at the bottom of this post and if you're lucky, that will be the registration form. And here is the link to the general bumff https://www.tramway.co.uk/whatson/list/?tribe_paged=2&tribe_event_display=list

We went for a very, very long walk with the dogs today, about 10 miles. In the middle of nowhere, we found this security device..... OK, it's on a gate but gave me a good idea on how to secure the bikes when out and about. This is typical Lincolnshire farmer logic, if you haven't got a chain long enough, then a padlock or two or 12, will do the job just fine 🤣🤣🤣 🤣🤣

A Question to my 400/4 compatriots. In the original parts book for our bikes, the float bowl screws are fitted without a spring washer. The CB500 carb bowl screws have a spring washer fitted. Is this an error in the 400/4 parts book or is it correct?. I sell the screws for the float bowls and carb tops for the 500 and 550 on my Ebay shop and I put the spring washers in the kit. I'm not sure whether to make a kit up of 10mm length screws for the bowls and not supply spring washers or 12mm length and supply the washers 🤔🤔🤔All the top cover screws on all 3 models have spring washers. Thoughts please 😊😊😊

Does anyone on here sell / deal in new or used refurbed computers? I thought I'd just ask on here before I give myself up and spend money on something I don't understand. Need a laptop with Windows 10. I have a Dell laptop with Windows 10 (was on Windows 7) but its 8 years old and since updating to Windows 10, lots of its functions aren't functioning properly. That's all I know 🙄🙄🙄
