Hasn't Julie got what you need Ash, she has millions of sizes of the Viton ones in stock for various oil pump rebuilds?
Thanks Laverdaroo I have contacted Nurse Julie who is kindly sending me ‘O’ rings and seals for my K7 oil pump rebuild.

I’m rebuilding the pump on my 750K7 but cannot get the small seal as it’s been discontinued! I would be interested in the part number for Goldwing small seal that you mentioned that would do the job Ash.

CB750 / Re: Where are the front brake stop switch cables?

I had a look through my spare cables and found these bad boys! The elusive cables for the stop switch. The cable colours are correct, green/yellow & black and have just enough length in them to reach to the headlamp cluster for connection. Problem solved.

I unwound the insulation tape from around the loom but couldn't find any stop switch cables. The original plastic wire/loom casing was in pretty good nick after cleaning off all the insulation tape gum so happy with that.

Hopefully these images are a bit clearer than my previous post.

Here’s a couple of pictures taken from my CB750F2/K7 workshop manual showing cable and wire harness routing, I hope that it helps.

Yes you are right philward Green Yellow and Black for the stop switch. I cannot see a spur from the main wiring loom with these colours!

Can anyone tell me where I can find the cable connections for the stop switch for the front brake? In case other 750 variety's differ my stop switch is attached to three way joint. Is there a spur coming from the main wiring loom or does an extension come from the cluster of cables in the headlamp? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I had the same issue year ago (Julie remembers well) - too big ID - mine were 21.7, they had free play on new collar. After I ordered new from producer all was OK

Interesting Erny, which producer did you get parts from?

Thanks for your help guys. I have asked CMS for a refund on the parts but I have had no response, it seems to have fallen on deaf ears!

My apologies are due to CMS as they have refunded me for the bushes, although they still insisted that they were the correct part.

Being as its plastic it may close up enough but you would have to fit it to check, have you measured the od of the bush and id of the arm?

I'm not able to check I/D of the arm Bryanj as me, being of the cautious persuasion, didn't want to remove the old bushes before I had a chance to check the new ones for size. Just as well as it turns out, at least now I can rebuild using the old bushes/coller. It was a 50/50 call whether to replace the bushes.

Just an update for you chaps... I contacted Dave Silver Spares who were very helpful and removed a bush from a sealed Honda factory package (52108457300 bush) and checked the I/D, they also say that the I/D is 21.80mm?! After reading some other posts on here, and the other place, I remeasured my Coller using a micrometer rather than a vernier gauge, the measurements come back pretty sound (no ovality) on both bush ends. Between 21.40-21.43mm. There's definitely something strange going on here!
