so can i run it with 0.3mm? Honda manual say 0.2-0.4 is the gap for top and second ring.

Manual says 0.7 is the servicable limit. so i think gap should be 0.4-0.6. Rings are standard size,RIK Japan.

Just check the ring gap in my new honed cylinder. barely 0.3mm. guess thats not enough. can i just use a fine file do adjust the gap or something special needed. I think you have to be careful that the ringend is still square? any tips??

DSS have #1 and #3 most of the time. Sometimes also 2 and 4 but not for long because everybody wants them. Dont know yet how the reproduced one fit but i keep you posted. but they look good.

last missing parts finally arrived . Brandnew Pointscover,Pistonrings and the rare 77 Carb Boots. Time to get the Tools out and finish that Thing. Big Thanks to DSS and Vintagecb750supply for very good service and fast delivery. Hope in 3 weeks im back on the street.
