Amsterdam.
1.1M people. 1M bicycles. Scooters everywhere (no helmets, driven by the old and the young, mostly on cyclepaths and footpaths).
I saw a motorcycle on Tuesday. A guy on an R1. He looked well out of place.

Well, that's certainly different! Although it is in fact a Lifan engine (Chinese clone) and I wouldn't expect it to last long mounted at that angle, it's designed to be horizontal, so either it is running with way too much oil in it, or the clutch must be running dry!
