Very good looking job there Billy. Looks really odd having no oil pressure warning light in idiot light cluster, I know with the roller bearing crank there is no real need, but after many years of shell bearing crabks, it seems so strange! Good luck with the M.O.T.

Mmmmmm brown ;D
I'm ashamed to say I like it. ;D ;D am I right in thinking they fire both pistons at the same time.

No, they're 180 degree cranks, like the CB450 it suoerseded. Even when other twins (CB175/200 etc) have pistons that rise and fall together, they fire each one every other cycle

A very cool looking bike.

Looks good. Where did you get the rack?

I'd be 99% certain it is a Rickman rack, so period to the bike.
I always thought they made nice looking racks.
I managed to find one for my 400, actually through a 'Desperately Seeking' post on these forums.
I don't know how specific they were to individual models but suspect that if you found one from another
make and/or model then as long as the basic dimensions are correct (width across shocks and length of
arms) then a bit of bracketry could be sorted for mounting.

I love this bike :)

correct it is a Rickman rack, was on it when i got it and cost 120 to re chrome :-) but well worth it
