« on: April 11, 2011, 01:19:49 PM »
Hi well some of you mite have seen over the past few weeks some of the topices on the 750 bit have had Kit bashing side lines to them.
Well myself F2 Paul 876 (Paul) and Spitfire (Den) have the same hobby when not doing up bikes ie making Plastic kits.
We are in the same club which is a world wide club, and we make mostly the same type of kits, so we arranged to meet up at a big show this w/e at Cosford.
We had a chat and talked mostly about Bikes and kits.
Next meet up is in Nov at the Biggist Model show in the world SMW at Telford.
Iam the one in the white shirt.
It was nice to meet you Den and now we can keep in touch at shows and the like.

Hi
There are 3 diffrent types/styles of indicators or WINKER as Honda call them in the parts book.
2 Seat humps types, 2 Bumper Rear's (chrome rail) 2 fender's mudguards.
and there are 3 taillights that are fitted to the F2.
The diffrents for the lights is the local regs for where the bike is sold/ imported.
I all so note your bars/switches mirrors have been changed.
Seat strips are hard to find that are not damaged if you find some get them.
I think to much time reading the parts book by me, any way you have a nice bike there which is all that matters.

I have the same problem, the engine slipped as i was taken it out and clipped a wall that was next to the bike and took out 2 Finn's. I mate at work is going to weld them back on for me when i get it striped down.
He has done a cbx fins and with repainting you could hardly tell where the repair was with out very close inspection.
He is a ace welder.

Hi here is the frame and engine numbers for F2's from the Honda parts book.
Hope it helps, looks like a F2 but if imported from the states it could be a F3 which was there version.
