Was there anything about the double-skinned headers/collector box Julie? Probably of more significance than the silencer.
No Ash, nothing mentioned about the headers.

Just seen this, it may be of interest to some. I don't know anything about it other than what is written. 198,000 Yen = just under £1000 GBP at today's exchange rate.

That is really strange about the Green Sparkplug Company. We have used them regularly for NGK and Denso plugs and always had excellent service. Graham said they were having some supply issues but that was ages ago. Have you tried phoning them?

A couple of photos from last weekend. It was really a bit chilly and windy on the coast but very pleasant inland. A really nice ride out.

International Standard is £5.45, no, or very little import duties will be payable. I send parts to EU regularly and never have issues, especially to France, Norway, Sweden and Denmark import duties are high.
As far as quality, something you pay £4.00 for is going to be substantially less reliable than a Honda OEM part. A lot of people sell car oil pressure switches for bikes but the pressures are different. Cheap Chinese shite is renown for not being very good, where OEM Genuine Honda oil pressure switches are tried, tested and reliable.
It's up to you Alex.

I stock the Genuine Honda oil pressure switch, it's £29.99 - 10% discount + whatever the post cost to you, which isn't much.

I'm sure it could be black or BZP, the same as the 500/550. And, it's F I remember correctly, both finishes are the same part number 🤔🤔🤔

I know Chris lives up your way Ash, he's a very good customer of mine and has been buying parts from me regularly for quite a few years now.

Yes, pitting is something Philpots in Luton are very used to dealing with, the companies other name is Pitted Forks 😂😂😂. Why not see how they are when you've finished your restoration, you could always send them off to them over the winter to be done.

So just a drop of oil in the cylinders too?
Graham would have left lube on the bores after he did the rebore for you Lukas. Either Graphogen or red  lube guard.

Graphogen on all new surfaces that are going to touch each other, a drop of oil on everything else, except underneath the shells, you fit these dry.

Decided on a close candy match (or maybe not) to the brown.
But haven't yet got the paint for the black sides.
Any suggestions appreciated for quality black aerosols for this?
Will use the SprayMax lacquer on top.
Honda NH1 is the black.
