Title: Washers and ferrules

Does anyone know what the correct name for this type of washer?
On cmsl they are called a washer collar, but I can’t find anything of that name. You see lots of them usually on rubber bushes and or anti vibration mounts. I’m missing a few and and those that I do have are in poor condition so I’d like to buy a bundle and replace them. Finding them though is turning into a bit of mystery hunt.

Sleeve nut washer. Anti vibration washer. Collared Washer. Collar washer. Step shoulder collar washer.

Thanks for the suggestions I can find all manner of plastic/neoprene/rubber washers with the right profile but not metal.
Still not sure what the correct name for them is, there seems to be several different names that all look similar.
Any more suggestions welcome I’m still searching in the meantime.
