It will fit but, it is not for a 323. Can't see the spring on the steering lock or the locking washer on the ignition. It will incur import charges, plus kidnapping fees.
What parts are no good on your bike ?
The part number you require is 35020-323-672. Partzilla are listing one in stock.

The Steering lock is missing and the seat is an aftermarket one. Just thought I would replace the lot keyed alike. There are a few that should do the job but non of them show any spring. Maybe you have to use the one that's already (not) there? Like this one too:

Don't think the spring comes with the set of locks, there is also a cover and rivet to stop the lock falling out

If you buy 35010-374-671, buy it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-IGNITION-SWITCH-KEY-CB360-CB350F-CB500F-CB550-CB550K-CB750K-35010-374-671/391914369504?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649
It's on the GSP and no additional charges beyond what's shown here.
I have a set, but haven't fitted it.
CMS list 35020-323-674 as being superseded by 35010-374-671. But maybe there is an issue.
No spring or rivet. You'll have to source your own. I have a box of assorted springs, built up over years and hope to find a suitable on there.
Just had a look, there is a roll pin protruding from the steering lock, so maybe that's all I need. I have a cover..

No rivet holding the cover on Bryan, it is a M3 machine screw with washer on the K1. Fitted one yesterday ;)
