Post by: csd4t on October 19, 2014, 10:05:58 PM
Hi, been a lurker for a while, now looking for a new project I'm from Leeds and definately not as young as I used to be!
Had a K2 750 when i was 17, had to take a bank loan out as it was £500 1974 on an "N" if remember correctly. If only etc etc

Welcome - great bunch of guys who are always willing to help and give great advice - I've got a K2 that's been on the go for 2 years (due to money and wanting to get it original) and all the guys advice has been invaluable!
Enjoy the forum
Phil

Welcome.... spent my secondary school / early biking years in not-so-sunny Halifax. Have a nice K2 as well... a great project choice...

Welcome csd4t from an expat tyke, I recently joined the forum, I find it a mine of information and plenty of banter.

I've managed to dig out a picture of me on my 9 month old F2, excuse the hair, but it was 1979

Nothing wrong with the hair! Mine was like that in 79, and still is today, albeit mainly grey now.:))

My immediate thought was Dave Gilmour with a beard - but Hill is closer!

Maybe I'll start a Mug Shots thread.

I started one on .net years ago and it's still going.
