Title: Source for Cam Chain Tensioner Spring at resonable Price
Post by: philward on February 11, 2018, 07:09:37 PM
Anybody know of a source for a 750 cam chain tensioner spring at a decent price - CMSL have them but at about 35 euro's inc postage.
Surely, its a standard spring and when you know the spec should be able to source it from a general spring specialist?

I prefer the manual adjuster conversion, the spring only sets the initial tension, then its locked up with the pinch bolt anyway.

Have seen the manual ones but preferred to keep standard Pete - but if the spring is weak it wont apply enough pressure before nipping up the bolt
