Hi,
I have removed the original gaiters from my forks as they were pretty far gone past saving and now having bought new fork tubes and seals, I’m after a low profile dust cover/boot for when I rebuild them!
Does anybody know of this style of boot that’ll fit the cb750k2?

Thanks in advance

I bought some for my CR Rep build but the circlips in the top of the alloy lower fork legs foul the male part of the fork dust covers you show

That was my thoughts Phil, I wasn’t sure how I’d get around that. Thanks for the heads up. Did you end up getting the larger ones that sit over the outside of the top of the alloy fork leg?

Yes I did - may end up taking them off completely to fit in with the CR750 Rep look as mine will only be used for good weather short trips to local bike meetings, etc. Depends whether the extra friction from the dust cover affects the forks ability to cope with small bumps/undulations in the road

If I can’t find a suitable solution to run low profile dust shields, I’ll be running without dust seals as I am only a fair weather rider to work and back etc so the bike won’t cover mega miles.

The 500 twin uses that sort of seal on, I think, 500 lowers and I think the seals are same as 750 so should fit

Just had a quick scout online and I can only see the larger type that go over the lowers, the same as the 750, or the original gaitor. Maybe I’m stuck with just the larger type or running without dust covers.
