I feel inspired and has given me a few innovation ideas.

I'm currently evaluating wet sanding my unrestored 750 K0 with a block of Grade 4 extra mature cheddar.  Sainsburys 'taste the difference'.

My thinking is the crystalised salts in the 'taste the difference' variety will provide a nice gentle cutting action. I'll finish off with some 'cant beleive its not butter' for a durable, slick and economic finish.

It's only a £15k bike so I figured it deserves the best. What could possibly go wrong...

£15K only James, that seems cheap. And what is wrong with M&S cheese?

Not enough salt I find...
