Title: How To tell if my 500 is an import
Post by: Davecrook1 on November 04, 2016, 07:13:51 PM
I bought a 500f last weekend but it's in a sorry state. Wrong parts and random nuts and bolts.
So there are a few parts that make me wonder if it was an import. The v5 was an old style one as it's been sat up for a long time.
But rear mudguard looks non uk. Handlebars arent uk ones either.
But either someone's changed it over time or it's an old import.
Anyway of telling? Chassis number ?

Thank you..
My bike is black. Has the higher bars and doesn't have the seperate headlight switch.  But has the 4 hole mudguard. So it's a bit all over the place
