Nice pair of strokers at Beaconsfield services this morning. 72 Kwak and a 78 Yam.
-
I was about to say “why ever would you ride something like that on the motorway?”
Then I remembered that Beaconsfield Services isn’t actually on the motorway.
Right next to Burnham Beeches - fab roads, too many cars

I'm not a blue haze lover, but would make an exception for a H2!

That takes me back, I used to play rugby in Burnham Beeches for Phoenix RFC. About 35 years ago! 😲

Watch out for the wood ants if you go for a picnic, they have jaws like crocodiles!

The H2 in purple was my favourite Kwak triple, your H1 in purple look just as great! 8)

Very nice bike crispy. Bet that sounds good on those pipes.
I really like all the Kawasaki triples and understand the attraction of the 750, but always thought the 500 has the best proportion of all and just a good scale to it in which the 750 heads more toward being a bit brash.

Here's the only two-stroke road bike I've owned, a GT500 and probably the worst bike I've ever ridden - smoky, smelly, loud and unreliable, sold it at the end of the summer 84!
Just noticed the seat is very K0'esque...

Yes, you are right with all that description but you forgot to add that they vibrate like a d*ldo, and yet add an extra cylinder and water cooling and it is transformed into a beautiful swan. My mate had one back in the 70's, we swapped bikes for a ride of 50 miles, i had a 500 four, boy did i appreciate the Honda after that.

Fortunately it doesn’t have to be one or the other....there are good and bad examples of both, 2t and 4t....
