Title: Inlet manifold o rings??
Post by: paulbaker1954 on May 05, 2018, 07:49:27 PM
Just on a top end rebuild and confused....

The parts manual shows o rings for the inlet manifolds to head but my K0 USA seems to have not o rings but larger seals

I have sourced a full gasket set from DS but there are no sealing rings like this in the kit but loads of o rings

Thoughts???

They just look like flattened 0 rings with a tad of sealer added  ;)

I sell them on my eBay page if you get stuck......round O rings that is, not flattened out rubber rings  ;D

Its the same o-ring that seals the tappet covers on, same part number.

My 550 K0 looked the same as in your pic, new o-rings cured my leak.
