Title: Honda Cb 360 G5 cam chain tensioner Blade

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement cam chain tensioner  blade?
David Silvers have the earlier model ones but apparently they changed on my model for some reason. I’m not sure if the early ones fit. If anyone has one for sale I would be interested in buying.
I really don’t know what to do as mine has broken.

Have you tried CMSNL?
They have one listed for CB360T, but not shown for CB360G.
If it's a 14520369010 they only have one and it's a silly price.

Try Trigger on here ..I let him have  a decent used one I thought was for a 400/4 but it didn't fit so I guess it was for a G5. I will also look to see if I have another lying around.

Also, I will be seeing a guy on Sunday who was trying to sell me some NOS blades for £10 each but we were both unsure which bike they fitted ... they were either G5 or 400F. anyone got any dimensions please?

Hi. Just looked at CMSL and your right they do have one but it’s very expensive. I think I’ll look elsewhere. The part no. Is correct though. Thanks

Thanks. I have the part no. If any good. Can’t give accurate dimensions as the end has broken off.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Here is the blade that Ash send me, I don't have a clue what it is off

Just done a quick cross ref check and me thinks this is a chain guide off a CB250 K.

Thanks for that but it’s actaully the tensioner blade that I need not the guide. Do you have one of those please ?

Here is the service Bulletin /Recall pertaining to the camchain mod if you don't have it already.

I noticed that Honda must have raided the CB500/4 parts bin when they designed the G5 as the troublesome tensioner was originally a ---323---part.
