Yes agreed .. The guy is called Mel Manning I think and he restored an immaculate Blue/Green  CB750K0 (USA model) restoration, a couple of years back, I have a mag article on it somewhere. It later sold again, after the initial sale from him, for a low price on eBay. The later buyer found it residing in a science lab or something, as I remember and no one else bid on it. Or is my memory playing tricks with all of this talk of my Frankenstein resto 'Lab'   :-[

Cheers ...AshD

Just talked to him on the 'phone, really nice guy--only selling due to health issues and all the numbers/ parts tie up to a 4/71 bike

Hopefully he gets the asking price. Honest original bikes like this are SO hard to find these days...

Oddjob, 4 mounting holes in the rear mudguard, black tail light bracket. Front mudguard has 4 holes on top for the front number plate bracket.
The guy i got it from had a 1973 CB500 four with a front number plate, so i was wondering why the K0 had it missing >:(

People always tell me that the K0 was never imported but i distinctly remember working on a gold acident damaged one about 75 and trying to get the transfer for the side panel under the badge and being told there was no part number for it, now i have a part number and it only fits K0 so what was going on i don't know

Bryan, in all my years i have never seen a UK CB500K0 until this one. It also seems a bit strange that i have a microfiche for a 1971, KO, UK.
What is the part Number please?
