Title: Air filter tension spring

Hi All
Anyone have a spare spring that keeps the tension on the air filter /air box, part 3 on the attached

I think Trig has one locked in his safe, he's looking to swap it for a CB750K2 cable guide for the bottom yoke please Rich  ;D ;D ;D

They are tricky buggers to track down...
I managed to get one from USA. ...a guy was advertising the whole airfilter unit...so I asked if he would just sell the clip...luckily he agreed ...it cost 10 dollars plus about 10 for post.....a very expensive little item but I have learnt they don't turn up to often and when they do you need to go for it....
If that didn't turn up I was going to copy one...

I have a bit of wedge shaped wood that does exactly what the spring does, and cost nothing. You can't see it anyway so why worry?

Every now and again I look. Ordered some spring steel with a view to making. And I need THREE. But there are more important things and a piece of folded tubing has to do.

I sourced one from Australia recently can't remember the name of the supplier but I was lick cos I have a work colleague that carried it over the oceans

I know they are really hard to find though

Doesn't an '80ies XL250 clip fit as well?
