With the powdercoating and tbe nice headers, mudguards and caliper, I would offer about £1200.  I doesn't sound like it needs a lot doing to it.
A good wiring loom tip;  before you do anything to it put it in the dishwasher.   It comes up really clean and you can see what needs doing to it.

I know the 400 is a small bike but I don't think it will fit in the dishwasher  ;D

Sounds good in theory but won't you get residual moisture causing corrosion / poor contacts?

Dishwashers don't wash with salt.   Salt is just used to backflush the ion exchange unit in the water softener.   After 3 rinse cycles,  there won't be any residual detergent left on the loom.  Trust me, it works.
Mick, best to remove the loom from the bike first.

Good to know.
The wiring loom is about the only part of a bike thats not been through the wash.

I put my Katana 650 loom through a wash cycle.   I was surprised to see all the wiring was different colours, before washing they were all a shitty black colour.   After hanging it up to dry it was good as new.
