Title: Front brake
Post by: commando1954 on May 25, 2023, 08:42:28 PM: Can anyone recommend some good pads for my 1976 cb550 k2. I have new brake lines and piston seal but the front brake is crap.

Post by: McCabe-Thiele (Ted) on May 25, 2023, 09:47:21 PM: I fitted Brembo to mine not expensive (£34 in 2022) with a good feel to them - can't comment on lifespan as I fitted them before my strip down.

500 should stop well if everything is free and greased with good pads, hoses and master.
I always used vesrah normal pads and found them ok
