Hope it is alright for a Yank to jump in here. I am from Oregon USA. A couple weeks ago I purchased a 1981 CB650 standard. Currently I am cleaning and polishing trying to get it semi respectable. It had been neglected but I don't think abused to badly. I paid $650 and drove it home. So far I have sent for a set of tires and replaced the battery. Everything seems to be in working order except the carbs will likely need cleaning and adjusting. Perfectly rideable as is. It does look a little peculiar as it has been fitted with rather large Harley mufflers. They do sound rather nice and not that far off from what they should sound like. Definitely a bit different look though. Anyway I'm off to eBay to collect pieces.

No reason to not be on here as long as you understand english english and not american english, could be worth you looking at the USsite as well
