In 1970, they had a regular

I was 10 when this add was in the paper. :o

I also remember my older sister and her boyfriend going over there for parts for his Triton.

Are they still there?

Just looking at a June 1970 MCM mag with the test of the 750K0

No adverts in there for new Honda bikes but Honda dealers in there were Rex Judd, Chisholms, Fordhams and Read Titan were saying they could supply new Hondas. The reviewed bike was a candy ruby  red K0 reg ,YLY70H. I was also looking at the Feb71 MCM which has Dick Emery on his Blue/Green K0 on the cover and inside, reg BYU762H. Honda dealers in this edition were Palins motors. Rex Judd, Ken Ives and Chisholms

The Nov 74 edition has the road test of the K2 and compares it with the K0. The bike was VPK108M. honda Delers in that were Ken Travers, Harry Wood, Chishoms,Rex Judd, Ken Ives, Victor Devine, Bill head, Millers, Tippetts, PFK Ling,Sid Moram, Harry Gill, Hummingbird motorcyles, Henstocks, Vale Onslow, Fowlers of bristol, Cusworths, Denis McHarris, Fordhams, Ryes of Fulham

Prices from Rye's in this mag  Cb500/4

Commerfords ring a loud bell. I was local to Coburn and Hughes who had lines of bikes outside at knockdown prices.

Also Pride and Clarke in London where this was taken

Comerfords rang a bell with me regarding an article about them in one of the magazines at the time.
Vincents had closed down and apparently Comerfords bought a load of unfinished bikes and spares and they were building and offering complete bikes for

My dad bought a Vincent (earlier than when the factory closed) from Comerfords I think and sold t years ago.

I was recently out at Newlands corner and spoke to a Vincent rider there, told the reg no, he contacted the owners club, found a local guy owns it and is renovating it currently. My dad was first owner and it's since been owned up and down the country even pulling a sidecar at one stage, small world!

Hope to get a look at it when it's done and get a few pics.
