Saw this on another forumWanted - Regulator rectifier for a Honda CB 750f 1982 model .
If anyone has one gathering dust ,they would like to sell me ! I think a super dream one may fit ? ,if anyone could clarify !
So, will it fit? Cos I prolly got a couple spare ones....
By the way, hello! :)

An '82 750F would be the DOHC model so no expert I'm afraid!
As to whether a Superdream unit will fit - I doubt it. The Superdream arrived a good three or four years earlier.
Are you really a Gran?

Yep, but not a Honda anorak obviously! Tho I was sent here with the question by one of those, perhaps he's given it up now he's parted with his 750/4 and gone all bmw!
I started riding in 96 and my family bougfht me an old Superdream that had been stodd in a garden for a couple of years, as a project for my 50th birthday. I bought another one-and-a-half bikes for spares, got it together and rode it for a while but after it died on me ten days before a trip to France I bought a Kwak and the poor old dream is still stood in the garage! As soon as I have it on the road again it will be finding a new home tho, as I'm a triker now due to arthritis.

I would have thought if anything a Cb900 one would fit, Don't hold me to that 'cos I'm nor familiar with this bike either.
There is always eBay.

Mid 50's put you smack in the middle of the average \"old Honda\" riders.
I'm just a kid (47) but we have 750 guys who are in their 70's and some who aren't even 20!
Pop over to www.sohc4.net and chat...
There's a site for the DOHCs: www.cb1100f.net - don't worry about the 1100 bit as the 750/900/100 were all pretty similar
