is that an mot failure..... like a small bubble under glass no sharp edges and works fine

As long as it does not let in water and the beam pattern is not affected it should be just an advisory, I have posted on here a link to the testers manual if you want to check

I have had a hole in my Triumph headlight for 3 years I just change the sticky tape over the hole before I MOT
