Well the guy I bought them from said the black one is a ss80 but the engine does not have the ss stamped only c15 42xxx and the red one c15 f 10xxx

Can wait to have them here.

I will ask for some mechanical advise :)

You are a glutton  for punishment Noelia  ;D ;D but good on you to have such a varied collection. Just wish my two girls would take a leaf out of your book (and Julies of course). All they are interested in is beauty products!

I used to have a few in the distant past, C15, B25 and a particularly crap Goldstar. Got fed up with breaking down and waiting to be rescued.
My brother still has a few and gets lots of help from the BSA Owners Club either on the forum or going to meets.
Loads of spares available and not that expensive if you don't need to have a mint bike for trailing to shows.
Don't stint on oils, filters, tyres or RAC membership

For reasons unknown even to me I was browsing freddythefatfrog's listings and came across this:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BSA-C15-SS80-Sports-Star-80-1964-100-original-untouched-THE-RAREST-C15-EVER-/321949594354
It claims to be an SS80 so maybe the pics / information may be of use.

I must have always a project between my hands! You know what I mean right? I have been trying to find an original 750 but price wise they are all out of my budget!

Maybe one day I will buy on of yours ;)

Ps that 500 on eBay is yours right?
