I dont like surface wires and it annoyed me.Bypassed it now the right switch gear is off,dip then high and no darkness trouble

The way the carbs are sitting dont look right to me.The rears look like they need lifting up or is it the photo misleading?

I had a persistant carb bowl that leaked even with a new gasket.Put some sealer around it and not leaked since will get you by
