Is Simoniz Engine Enamel considered the best paint to get?

I don't want the cylinder liners to move while in the oven...on the K7 the head is bolted to the cylinders with M6 bolts and I was going to do that and place it right way up in the oven...so the tops of the liners are against the cylinder head...

Would that work folks or is there a better way?

Hubert
Surely this is the very hottest part of the engine and as such a few hours of riding might do the job okay?

Didn't the Yamaha EXUP have a similar system at one time?
Just took a look at one on the web. Those two round intakes with tubes...... I remember one at Boxhill ( Biker haunt ) someone asked the owner 'now what does this do apart from making the fairing hard to take off'?  ;D

For a few months I rode a GT380, the only air cooled two stroke I ever had. Anyone got an opinion if it made any difference or was it just a gimmick?  :-\

One thing has me wondering though, the 50th anniversary of the CB400F is in 2025, why a year early?  :-\  Is Diane Abbott on his staff? ;D

Are you talking about the riders footrest that stays up to enable the kickstart to be used?
Isn't the loop part of the spring mechanism that holds it up?
This is the one, can't figure it out!

The link takes me to part 11, listed as wiring. No parts to scroll down to
Also called Stay, horn. Diagram shows it holds horn forward

Its not a horn stay, its a bracket for the loom
I think you mean what they call the 'wiring harness stay? That was also missing, long since replaced ( I opted to paint it myself) If you scroll down the linked page you'll see what I mean by horn stay.
