I've never used one, the lip at the base of the barrels (on 750 anyway) is large enough to push the rings in as you slide the barrels over the pistons. I've always used loads and loads of clean engine oil during reassembly, and with the outer pistons raise slid the barrels downwards. You may need to pinch the rings as you go, but this can be done by hand

It's an easy enough Job, and retiming up is simple too, make sure you get a gasket set and be careful prizing them apart don't be tempted use screw drivers and hammers, oh and locate the 4 hidden screws in the wells between the spark splug holes, if they don't slacken you'll have problems

That's the problem with PDF's technically they are not editable, they are just the output, a bit like electronic paper. I can progmatically exctract and insert pages into an existing pages to create a new document.
See how you go.

I don't remeber ever seeing it before, so I assume it must have had a blank or somthing over it, could this be causing my running rich problems?

The F1 and F2 have Neutral interlock switch it behind the clutch lever on the handlebars, so you can start in gear with the clutch in. Ff the lights dim I would say that all the Juice is being used by the starter relay and starter motor, make sure the battery is fully charged

No, Not the film about a Jamacian bobsleigh team,
The CB650 has been running great while the weather has been nice, tried to go to work the morning (-1 'king cold) everything was fine until I hit traffic and had to slow down, very ropy running wouldn't idle, It was doing this earlier in the year but only on REALLY cold days - plugs really foul up as if choke is open

I can confirm that the DOHC model has an oil cooler. If (and it's a big IF) it does fit you may need the Filter bolt too, because it fits as a flange between the engin and the filter cover.

![Roll Eyes ::)](http://www.sohc.co.uk/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Typical ![Huh ???](http://www.sohc.co.uk/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I have managed to get it running better, I can now put the choke in without it dying but idle running is still a bitch. I have an ultrasonic cleaner - What fluid did you use to use?

They certainty were robust little buggers, When mine dropped it's valve we went round a dozen scrappers looking for heads and every one had the same left had valve burnt out or dropped.
