Hi Only one of them has the sleeve on them, i think its the lower one, part number 45132-410-006. See the parts sheet they are numbers 17 and 18 on the parts list. DSS mite have them. I would not use with out as it was put on there for a resion?, and its part of the brakes and you should not take chances with them. Paul

I got about 80k from my F2 engine before its 1st rebuild, it has about 110k on it now and needs the head sorting again, which will get done once i finish the F2 aim doing up now so a few more years yet. this engine aim doing now has 28k on it.
My VT500 my 1st one i got over 150k on it before i need to do any thing and that was Cu's i had used poor unlead fuel in it and it burnt out the ex valves this was back when unlead 1st came out, this happen a few times, then a mate that worked for esso on the fuel test program told me they had the same problem with that fuel all so and said use a different make and from then on ok, it had over 250k on the clock when it got written off in a hit and run crash i had in 93 i was a dispatch rider in London at the time had been for 5 years so clocked up a few miles on a few bikes.

The engine would need a full rebuild as it looks like the oilfilter housing has been off for a long time all sorts could have got into the engine that way, and why is the generator/dynamo off? and clutch, and how many times has the cam cover came off the cam parts look dry more dirt in the engine. The engine alone would be about

CB750 F2's have tubes fitted as standard on both wheels if you have fitted a tubeless tyre with out a tube this cant be done as the comstars fitted to F2's do not have tubeless rims fitted so a tube less tyre will not seal as it should. You can fitt a tubeless tyre but it must have a tube.If this is so the front wheel is not the correct one fitted to the bike.
