Hi Lesterpiglet the hole to the left is clean but the hole to the right seems blocked. how small is this hole? Is it sewing needle size or can i buy a fine drill bit?

Bryan, forks came today triple clamp broken and also stanchion with v big area of damage looks like a front ender. sent them back will keep looking

yes ok but I have rebuilt and they are back on the bike, they work great but they are not the correct ones for this model, as is many other things lol. when I have the new ones i will give you a shout. \Billy

yes there was play before i fitted new seals and yes i did clean out the caliper seal grove and also yes the mudguard bracket is in the correct place. not touched the master cylinder,
where is this fluid return? do i have to renew all the seals in the master?

Still having problems with the front brake binding. the brake leaver is tight no play as soon as you touch the brake is on. when stationary it will not roll forward or backward. here is a list of thing I have done so far 1 new front wheel bearings 2 new front axle 3 new SS piston and genuine seal 4 new bleed nipple (thanks to Bryanj) 5 new pads fed up Billy

Thanks Mick, that site is great. the forks I have are off a CB500K1 would that be 1971?

Bryan,
I have a K6 they are off a K4/K5 the Guy said it was a 1975 K4. I got them in the end so if they don't fit i will have to sell them. as for the ones I have if I sell them how can i find out what bike they are of so as not to misled people. can i download a manual for a 450 twin and 500 four? thanks for all your help.

Hi, just striped forks and found they are not like the book any ideas? still changed oil 220cc of 30w they feel great but what forks are these? forks with a rod in the middle Billy

Hi, I am just about to change the fork oil in my 1976 K6. Am I correct in thinking it is 220 - 230cc from dry, 155 - 160 after draining?
