What is it? / Re: What is this rack from?

It looks similar to the rack a friend removed from his Suzuki GT550.

I had a similar problem with my 350's tank. D.K. Didn't have one when I was looking 3-4mths ago. Managed to find a decent one in Italy for a good price.
Check on Germany, French and Italian eBay if you have no luck in the UK

Still deciding on the final colour of the bike.

I had a look at this today as it's only 5mins from my front door.

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=221873119841&globalID=EBAY-GB

It's in surprisingly good condition and from what I could see the faults listed in the description are all that's wrong with the bike. It started first time and sounds good to me. Might be a relatively cheap project for someone.

Very tempted, but that would mean delaying work on the 350 and yes I have made more progress on it. Just been a bit slow at updating pictures etc on here :-\

Nice looking 350, looks like a old Police style fairing.

I bought my 350 from DK and found them very helpful from start to finish and I've received a bit of discount on parts since buying the bike.

The guy at Oxford classic's is another very friendly and helpful chap. Visited his unit a few months ago and spent 45mins or so chatting about the bikes he had for sale. No hard sell and more than happy to answer any questions.

A few years ago I had dealings with a well known Kawasaki triples dealer from up north. A con man and a complete tool. Avoid at all costs (no it wasn't Rick Brett)

Hi Bullit.
Good luck with the 350, decent parts can take time to find but they are out there.
Have a look in Italy, Germany and France. Also check out the two links I posted on the forum for new and used spares.
Cheers
Tim

Evening all.
Found this site earlier today.
http://www.motoannisettanta.com/Ricambi.htm

Click on the different manufacturers to see what parts are for sale. There is also a home button at the bottom of the page. The screen it takes you to has a link top right that has some other useful looking sites. Google translate comes in handy if you don't understand Italian.

Hope it proves to be of some use.

Look forward to seeing the finished paint work Roy.
That is a decent price, what colour did you decide on in the end?
