I'll mostly be going camping again  ;D

I'm off to camp put on by a member of another message board. It's classics only so I'm going on the Honda (see on topic) ;)

There's a road run on Saturday so I'll try and get some action shots if I can but the rest of teh weekend is devoted to tasting real ale  :o

I'll put some pics up on Monday

I tend to nod at riders coming towards me (yes even on the Harley) and I'll raise the fingers of my throttle hand and pull my elbow in for overtaking bikes.

Nodding is all very well but what counts is "Code of the Road" which is essentially stopping for bikes at the side of the road. That's something I always do (in the car or not). Even if you can't help Karma means that when you need it it'll happen for you.  ;D

I hope this works

I had a great time this weekend. Well I say weekend I mean sunday because I "enjoyed" my self a little excessively on Friday Night on the special festival ale  ;D This means Saturday was a no go for me  :P I did learn not to fall asleep (or even unconscious) in the sun as I'm a little red and sore.

Still Sunday was good and here are a few camera wavings

Saturday saw a "chat show" on the stage From left we have Carl Foggarty, Freddie Spencer, Mick Grant and Jim Redman. Some of the stories were priceless!

This was just gorgeous

This made me laugh

This weekend sees the Festival of 1000 bikes at Mallory Park.

I'm off up there on Friday night and camping for the weekend. I've dusted all my gear off and all I need is a few more gas bottles.

I'm going up on the Harley because I can and I want to meander up there via the lanes.

There will "parade" laps going over the Saturday and Sunday so there will lots of sights with the smell of Castrol R hanging in the air  ;D

Full report on Monday with possibly too many photos to see.

I was an instructor about 12 years ago. I was trained by the BMF in the first wave of CBT's and used to do the prep for the road work.

I'm in St Neots and if you want I could meet up and help out if you want. I'm sure that although a smidge rusty It couyld all come flooding back.

PM me if you're interested

I've done Knebworth quite a few times (twice as a Judge) and it's a little too expensive as Knebworth charge their normal rate and rememeber kiddies if you want to exhibit you still have to pay full price!!

I'm off to the Ace for the 70's day for the first time.

Pictures to follow on either Sunday night or Monday night
