I have twin discs on mine I used original master cylinder worked but not very well bought fancy race bike one worse than original then got gl from DSs and now stops on a sixpence! PS I also updated to braided hoses.

I put Barnet plates and updated springs in no slip only have to break them free before starting when stood for a while.

Bad earth on coil maybe, Look at your bullet connectors make sure there not all corroded up.

You say you've refurbed carbs, have you had them synced, my bike sounds like a tractor at the moment and the only thing I haven't don't is carb sync.

Hi, from front bolt to tyre is 6", from no 2&3 pipes 5" so you should have enough room, or you could rake the neck a tad..
