Hi,
thought i would fit the idiot lights but the holes don't match. Its not the original as I bought this a year or more ago, The hole centre on the bracket is 45mm where the hole centre on the lights is 50mm??? Wrong idiot light cluster? 55

great idea, I might just steak that. I don't have a lathe and probably the easiest way for me to do the repair 57
Just ordered a pair K82 from Demon Tweeks, seem to be quite cheap compared to other sites
https://www.demon-tweeks.com/uk/search/shop-by/q/k82/ i wont get then until 21st December though 58

Hi amx1992
post look good, think i will try JB Weld Steel stick once i get to rebuilding them. I stripped the carbs further tonight, just that one tank float pin to get out...grrrrrrrrrrr Though they look they are just chucked in a cutlery draw, they are all in order 60

Thanks for all the good information. So.........................started to strip them, got all the pins out finally but founds one carb has had a dodgy repair. Do I stick with it and use something like JB weld or source another carb body (guess might be difficult)
How far do I strip them. I've got them this far (Please pics) |
