has anyone got a lower engine case they can look at i need to know somethink where you put the oil seal for the gear lever shaft where the seal fits into. at the bottom of mine theres like a cut out bit not very big need to know if it show be there you car,nt see it when the seal is in i,ve never notice it before when doing my engine,s

burn the rubber out with blow gun the with the metal outer ring i knock a pointed screwdriver down the side bent it in then just pull them out putting back loads of copper slip a socket and a vice job done

burn the rubber out then cut a grove in them tap a screwdriver down them and they will pop out well mine did
