Sorry Guys, Misprint ( old age ) was Continentals not Dunlop tyres best match for tread, but information about chroming still stands.

Thanks again guys for all help, have decided to go with Hinomaru and get dunlop, and was lucky enough to find local supplier who will supply and fit cheaper than most of the big Guys, and I don't have to worry about postage. Now my next big problem is who to go to for re chroming. Have looked on a lot of sites and blogs, but seam to get no further forward as one will say the one he got was great and then someone else says they were rubbish, so if anyone out there knows one who is really! really! great  would you let me know. Hi All,
Thanks for all replies on ko wiring think I have solved the problem of extra wires, Bike came to me partially stripped with Lucas sealed - beam unit, with no pilot bulb previous owner had cut pilot bulb wires and tucked them inside headlamp unit. Luckily original Stanley Unit was at bottom of box , problem solved hopefully.

Help Guys, Going nuts trying to rewire KO 750 seam to end up with more wires than connections, suspect previous owner may have tired his own version, diagrams I have seen so far are very static and don't really let you see how it come from the harness to all the relevant connections, any help would be appreciated, Cheers Jock.

Hi Guys. Have awoke from hibernation and managed to amble down to shed. Got engine back from builder and now cleaning ready for painting. On taking drive sprocket of noticed it was 17 tooth front and 45 rear. David Silver sprockets 18 and 48. Would appreciate any feedback. Cheers Jock

Honda-San, Will the same principle apply to mudguards ect. if they are badly blistered/pitted, will they still end up pitted as with the tank cap. Jock

Hi. Guys, Getting on with the restoration of KO and starting to take shape, have managed to suppliers of most parts or sourced from different places but am stumped with side panel badges any body know where to get them, also cant believe the price of some of the parts and how hard they are to get, think I have struck gold only to find at checkout that they are now unavailable, have a few pieces ready to send for chroming but am still not certain which firm to use has any one had chroming done and had a really good job done?  would hate to make a mess of it now.
