Yes I sent an A4 size pic of the plate and it was good enough for them, after all the vin is on the logbook and if the year of manufacture is in the same pic then it ought to be!

I have just applied for historic tax exemption to the DVLA. My vin plate has the year 1976 clearly stamped on it so a picture of the plate with the year and the vin number was enough to satisfy the DVLA but no pics of the bike were needed but VJMC says you need to send 2

Yes that was my first thought, I cleaned them about 6 months ago but apparently didn't seem to help, still can't work out why it never happens when I'm riding it. (CB550)

My main fuse blows every month or so but only when I have started the bike and am wheeling it out of the garage, never on the road. Why could this be I wonder?
The fuse is the second from the right in the carrier of five, always this one.

Lol yeah maybe I do, but practically speaking he is correct, if the bike will stop within the prescribed limits then what does it matter if the pedal 'pulses'? makes nooo difference

Well mine has been doing that for years now, mentioned it to the mot guy a few years back and he said it didn't matter as long as the brake had the required stopping power.
