Camchain and tensioner bits probably Dave Silver, there is also posted on here a repair kit in stainless if the tensioner pinch bolt is fubar.
To lift the crank out the pistons need to come off

Its the thing you discover just before you throw something at the wall in frustation!!

Yup, you cant get it in after you fit the swingarm!!

First thing to fit is the rear brae pedal pivot!!

I have seen worse run but its not ideal, re ring with ade glaze would probably get you about 80% compression after settling in, to be a "good" job needs oversize kits and rebore which costs, its your money and time so your choice, personally i would bore it

I used to deal with assesors all the time and like i said unless it is visibly damaged chances are low, there is also what they call"betterment" where you are replacing a worn used part with new so you are liable for a percentage of the cost, like your scraped exhaust, few years old with minor pitting is only worth 50% of a new one or tyre is 50%worn but damaged so they only pay half.
Also remember that you earn a NO CLAIM discount NOT a NO FAULT one so if you claim you loose it
