Insurance recommendatioons
« on: June 04, 2024, 09:42:32 PM »
Hi all,
'The Long Haired General' is looking for insurance on 'Chewy' her 400 but having not insured anything this old or modified for a very long time I wondered if any of you on here have  had any good bad, cheap or expensive scenarios when insuring your own bikes recently (12months) and possibly suggest any good companies to approach?

Any help greatly received and with any luck, should have her scootching around the lanes in no time. ;D

Cheers in advance

Swinton. I've just renewed 2 of my old Hondas and they work out about £60 each, fully comp. I don't have cover for any frills though, no helmet / leather cover, or key cover etc. Graham had 2 up for renewal last week, his were only £50 each.

I was with swinton but they didnt like the bike being in restoration so went to one call, insurance was cheap but there was a "broker fee" that bumped it a bit.
First choice would be to ask whoever you are with to me sometimes loyalty works
