Woodside:
After posting my wanted add and getting feed back from the mad thread this week.
I was just having my morning tea and reading the new posts..I was thinking what a great forum and how useful it is even if it's just a little reading throughout the day.
So just popped a donation over to show some appreciation .
Cheers guys

I agree - lets not take for granted the forum and the costs plus time Steve puts in - prompted me to donate again

Thanks everyone.
I have a "day off" tomorrow (I'm self employed and "days off" mean you don't earn anything...) so I will try and kick some life into the http://info.sohc.co.uk site.
The future looks good. We have more active members than ever before and with your continued support we should be able to keep supporting the members with real advice.
Running a forum can be like juggling frogs (?) and the US site has had its moments. Luckily nobody on here needs to vent about that sort of stuff and nobody treats newcomers any differently than long-time members.
"There's no such thing as a stupid question" could be a quote from any of our members. I'd probably give it to Bryan (although you need to consider how many "What bike?" responses he has posted over the years) :)
I've been to a funeral today.
A cousin only one year older than me.
Gives you a bit of perspective.
Steve
