Hi Everyone thanks for the kind words and support, I got out of hospital on Wednesday night , I had a major operation to save my foot and the rest of my right hand side is black blue and loads of other colours, i'm off my feet till at least the second week in December and I will have follow up out patient and doctor appointments , I've just started the insurance claims etc and the lady that hit me has admitted it was all her fault, i'm just glad to be here at the mo
, i'll keep you posted on my progress cheers Mick

Get well soon. At least the driver admitted responsibility and wasn't one of the great uninsured that plague our roads these days. Have a good recovery and hope it goes well.
