Getting wheels rebuilt - huge cost!?

I paid 62 pounds per wheel for stainless spokes....fitted and true. Top job in my opinion.
I also purchased new rims....60 quid each ...then had the rim and hubs powdered at work

my wheel builder is in Hereford,

 both Hagon and Central charge up to £100

 but check this link,they do black spokes
